Yesterday was calm enough to make the rip over to Thrasher, in hopes to catch a slot chinook. Threw everything we had (bait, hootchies, and a Tomic 602 plug on the bottom) across the water column. Fished shallow, fished deep - spent a good 3 hours. 6 fish to the boat but none of which were keepers (either wild coho, or small chinook). About 5 other boats out and I didn't see a lot of action on their boats either. I suppose the nooks made their run for the Fraser, or maybe just weren't interested? Maybe I'll catch up to them on Sep 1st. We are almost there!
