Any productive depths ? Lots of small fish released and lost a good one at the net .

Same program today. Lots and lots and lots of fish. Very short bites today so we've lost way more than the 6 we've kept. Smaller average size today and for some reason coho are now messing with our bait.

I thought you said your freezer was full before the opening? What are you doing with all these fish? They take up a lot of space...

1030 Sandheads. 480 feet of water. Got a 10 lber on bait. Same rod hit, lost fish on 2nd run by boat. Orcas everywhere, northbound. They must have pushed fish up as other boats playing as well. Quiet now for 15 minutes…. maybe for a while.

4 in the boat 2 missed at the boat and 1 sockeye released. Few shakers as well. Got a nice hit on my large herring setup but the fish came right in jumped close to the boat and spit the hooks

The trip from Sidney was worth it! Me and the kids got our 8 and headed back to Sidney, 55’ was the hot depth for us.

So… new guy here just got 14ft aluminum prince craft was wondering if I’d be ok to launch at McDonald beach and head out to fish out there ie sand heads or t-10 etc or too dangerous in that small of boat thanks guys

If you stay at either sandheads or T10 and you start to take on water, you can just grab onto the boat next to you. I can't believe guys are fishing in those ridiculous packs. I had about 5 boats near me first thing thing this morning. Hadn't seen anyone near that spot earlier in the week. I trolled away from them and kept catching fish. As it turns out, there's a body of water between the two spots and the fish aren't magically traveling between them, they're just swimming. Crazy, I know.

Lol nice I hate rush hour too but do u guys think my boat is too small to make it from McDonald beach out there waves swells current etc hoping to try and get a fish but if boat is too small won’t bother
