What's for dinner tonight ?

We usually go straight the hali or ling in the freezer, but this humble black rockfish holds together pretty well and tasted good too.

BarBee seared Whitetail Steak, Oven Roasted Acorn Squish, Super Sweet Corn on the Cob:

Made a great stuffing (moose burger, onions, mushrooms, red pepper, a dab of salsa & a good shot of Florentine spinach & cheese pasta sauce).
Oven roasted a halved Spaghetti Squash.
Ran a fork through the cooked squash to bring out the "noodles" it is named for, then dumped a good amount of the stuffing into each half.
Topped the lot with shredded marble cheese and back into the oven for a few.
