Made a great stuffing (moose burger, onions, mushrooms, red pepper, a dab of salsa & a good shot of Florentine spinach & cheese pasta sauce).
Oven roasted a halved Spaghetti Squash.
Ran a fork through the cooked squash to bring out the "noodles" it is named for, then dumped a good amount of the stuffing into each half.
Topped the lot with shredded marble cheese and back into the oven for a few.
Chicago style AAA prime rib medium rare, wild Pacific King Shrimp baked with butter, garlic, aged cheddar cheese, and Big Leaf maple syrup roasted then mashed Yams.
