Salmon burgers with mustard mayo and homemade dills, garden carrots and air fryer potatoe wedges on the side

On the menu at last night's meeting of the peas amd chardonnay club: seared albacore loin with a sesame poppy lime crust. And a little Sriracha mayo and garlic lime mayo for interest.

Just got home from a long range trip to the isla tres Marias out of La Cruz , Nayarit . Absolutely bonkers fishing on 60 - 130 lb grade yellowfin tuna . Brought home 200 lbs of the finest sushi grade ahi you could imagine .

Tostada with lime+salt dressed smashed avocado , scallion , cilantro , shaved white onion , jalapeño , with a sesame ponzu sauce over top . The flavour profile and texture is insane

I got dragged (kicking and screaming) to pei by my east coast wife. Lobster roll and tasty pint for a dinner toniggt

Fried smelts, frooom Spain, I think.
A lovely summer meal

Fresh spring salmon burger (caught in Renfrew yesterday) along with corn and green beans from the garden. (Sorry, no pic) Gotta love this time of year when everything on your plate you’ve either caught or grown yourself.

Hit the spot quite nicely!

Ground pork,finely diced onion, salt, pepper,Italian bread crumbs,garlic salt and a shot of Sriracha sauce.
Mix well and roll them out.

Pan fried ling cod coated with lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder and tarragon fried in olive oil and butter. Served with Korean shrimp fried rice (Costco) and some broccoli.
