18-22C with some rain. Crowds are larger than we guessed but not bad. Last night in Siena. Have eaten it all except the Florentine Steak, which is just a thick charbroiled aged t-bone for about 60 euros. Rome for cacio e pepe tomorrow.Wicked, I almost ate my phone, Siena and region is amazing this time of year, way less busy!
How'd that AA work out? Did your mother-in-law love it?I picked up a prime rib and was too lazy to smoke it so I did the 500 degrees x weight = cook time then shut it off for 2 hours in the oven. Turned out great.
