Made blackened Creole chicken Papperdella Alfredo for one family member and for my daughter and I had the same dish but with King Shrimp instead of chicken.

Homemade Creole spice mix. Grana Padano and Regiano Parmigiano in the sauce. And homemade ciabatta garlic toast.

I picked up a prime rib and was too lazy to smoke it so I did the 500 degrees x weight = cook time then shut it off for 2 hours in the oven. Turned out great.

She's the best, don't mess with Laverne. This was all AAA, a mere 28 bucks a pound. AA is for smokers, even I know that haha.
