What's for dinner tonight ?

That looks fantastic, how long did it take to smoke that turkey, and how heavy was it?
Was just over 10 lbs. Went 225 until the bird got up to about 110 internal. Then cranked the heat to 375. Took about 4.5 hours. Might have been a tad bit frozen in the very center when I threw it on. Put a rack over a deep oven tray to catch the drippings. Gave the bird it's butter herb vaccine and a booster shot. Took it off around 170

Looks really good. Do you find your air fryer is a bit of a blast furnace? Do you turn your temp down a bit and add time for better success?
It can be, but the temperature is entirely controllable.

For those peppers, the stuffing goes in hot from the skillet, cooked at 360 degrees for 5 minutes.
Pause briefly, then same for 4 minutes.
Then topped with cheese same temp for 1.5 minutes.

Ok not sure if this counts, well it definitely doesn't, but worthy of a mention...I was in a new bar on main and Broadway and they have a hotdog special. Right now iit's a beef dog with prawns. I didn't have time to try it but I'm gona give it a go soon. Courtside is the name of the place.
