Having just built a similar sized tin boat, that price isn't out of line in today's dollar I would say. Depends on what corners they cut though. Also looks like there is no trailer for that price... but that paint job! That's 20K plus right there. Ask me how I know.

That Yamaha probably won’t die without some serious effort by the owner, so you’d have plenty of time to save for an upgrade.

It’s a hourston 16 with 115hp for 6 or 7k. First pic had a lot of slabs in it so you know it’s fishy.

There was a Sailfish just like this moored beside me when I lived in Powell River, beautiful boats. I used to look at the layout and think they did a fantastic job at utilizing space in the design.
Same asking price and maybe tens of thousands in upgrades? He's motivated and nice thaf it comes with a good trailer. Too bad about the CAD but it's keeping lots of Canadian builders afloat
With the closing of Mosquito Creek, there is a real scarcity of moorage available. I have a 50' x 15' (750 SF puddle) that costs $18,000 per year plus electricity. A 60 x 20' (1200 SF) is about double that due to the increased beam causing the square footage to almost double and the economics of less availability vs 50s.Priced in USD but I think they might look at a CAD offer.
