2025 OFFISHALL Vancouver- Howe Sound-Sechelt Fishing Reports Thread

I had to check out the Bell today after hearing good reports from others. It was producing ok but a move to the north arm had us smashing it. I had a newbie with me and he was blown away by all the activity. Limited amounts of hatchery coho but plenty of wild and chinook. Water conditions were great, the sun was hot with the little breeze.

I usually throw a small spinning rod set up with a banana weight and spoon off the back of the boat when coho fishing. The bites are awesome and it's tons of fun!

They hammer the shotgun rod. Chinooks hit it too. Then it gets spicy.

I just went and looked out towards Thrasher. It’s much calmer than it was this morning. But it’s still very breezy. I can’t see what’s going on between Thrasher and Pt Grey, but I’m guessing mid Straight it’s still blowing.

Hey, not sure how long you’re there for or where you’re staying, but I got email from pages this week that there’s been some recent thieving activity in Silva bay….just a friendly heads up
