Winter Reports Sooke and Victoria 2008/2009

Pedder was slow but I did get one today (8 pounds) on the flyrod with a mini flasher and a green ghost hootchie with a 22 inch leader. No bait showing. Flat calm this morning

ill be heading out on monday, probaly between clover and trial but if theres no wind ill head to constance,
its been a month or so since ive been out and from whats been posted, it seems that bait is the way to go.
is anyone still running hoochies?

Yep, had a good hit right off the hop, then watched another guy get sealed,then that was it.
