You guys sure eat a lot of Lamb. Do you farm source it or do you buy from Costco or? Is it similar to venison for strength of game flavour? Only ever had it once at a Greek restaurant.

Dude you cook great looking food and only had Lamb once? What the hell is going on. I don't find lamb gamey, similar to venison probably but even a bit less.

Lamb is great. Mutton is nasty - had it in Arizona on the Navaho reservation
