What's for dinner tonight ?

Rack of Lamb with home made pasta & sauce (Chanterelle based) with spare gooses & a great Merlot:

No "gamey taste" whatsoever.
 
You guys sure eat a lot of Lamb. Do you farm source it or do you buy from Costco or? Is it similar to venison for strength of game flavour? Only ever had it once at a Greek restaurant.
I can't imagine that you're not following the cuts of meat on sale thread
