I think.if you look back about 8 years or so I'm pretty sure I posted my seafood cakes
It was a bit of a fluke I found it worked so well cause I had a bunch of different seafood to make into cakes and chopped the prawns and shrimp up really fine and tossed it all together with the other ingredients and it all held together so well.
I also like panko mixed with cake flour and some corn starch for a really nice light crunchy coating.
