One of the easy ones. Can of winter spring on some grilled bread and a bag-o-salad. Feels good after a rough eating weekend.

Sometimes I question the amount of work it takes, then someone makes me a nice meal out of the catch. Crabs didn’t need any butter. Korean mother in laws dish with prawns.

Mesquite smoked tri-tip and mash. Costco had it on for $17/kg. Had it in California. but never saw it for sale here. First time preparing it and it’s definitely one of the best value cuts going. Might have to go stock up on more.
