No Pic but I pan fried a Pacific Cod a couple of days ago. Just coated in flour and Back Eddy spice. It was absolutely delicious and my first Pacific Cod of size since being out here.(10yrs). Wish I could get them on a regular bases. For me I would take it over salmon or Hali any day of week but I know they are not for everyone.
