Starting with room temperature steak I usually go 3Full heat for ~ 5 - 6 minutes a side.
Never shut the lid!

Thanks, with the time change and sunny weather had to make use of the warm sunlight and take the BBQ for a spin. Steaks were a nicely done rare-to med rare!GRILL MARKS BUD mmm steak looks incredible and that chocolate damn wish I could taste that again.... thats even better looking my blood sugar just shot up looking at it
