They reheat really well. Just separate them from the meat. Looks awesomeWith all the turkey drama (high prices and recalls) decided to give Danish Pork Roast (Flaeskesteg) a try. Braised red cabbage, potatoes and brown gravy to round it out. Tempted to just eat the cracklin tonight as they probably won’t reheat well but showed some restraint.

I'd like to try them if the season is long enough in the Okanagan.Skipped the bird this year and cooked a ham I got from neighbours who raise their own kunekune’s. Mashed potatoes, Roasted beets, carrots, sweet potatoes all from the garden. And of course the mandatory stove top stuffing. Not our traditional thanksgiving dinner, but still delicious and a lot less prep
