New years 2022 - Copy.JPG
Wishing you all a Happy New Year and a Healthy New Year
Great dinner tonight cooked by yours truly for my sweety of over 50 years
Rib Eye steak, fresh Scallops wrapped in bacon, onions, mushrooms, Asparagus, Bearnaise Sause Yam Fries, and salad.
Will have no problem making it to midnight! (New York time}

Happy 2023 to everyone!
For years I’ve been wanting to try sushi rolls with candied salmon. Since I couldn’t find any restaurants that offer it, I had to learn how to do it myself.
Here is what we had for dinner tonight; sushi rolls with candied salmon, avocado, cucumber, cream cheese, cilantro and green onion.

Woke up to the pre-set alarm 10 minutes before midnight.
Poured the mandatory Champagne.
Hoisted one to the New Year...
And promptly went back to Dream Land.

Happy New Year Folks,
Nog

Got home a a decent time on a Saturday. Work season. Just enough time to slap these 2 St Louis and these beef fingers on the pellet grill. Just coated in my fav salt, course ground and garlic flakes. Be mop saucin the porkies in a couple hours. With just a apple cider vinegar, worstershire, honey maple thin sauce. Maybe a little isky.

Anyone in van, rich, or burn, Sungiven foods has wicked deals on this stuff. 349 lb on pork belly also. Cool things in there. 9-11 bucks for St Louis ribs
