Its sausage day with the master, love learning sausage making. New hobby. 30lbs total. Venison, brisket trimmings and pork. Doing half maple breakfast sausages and some jalapeño cheddar smokies that will be going down tomorrow. Will update

I’ll be glad to test it out when we hit the waters Jan 1 to compete against floating condo 😆
 
Lobsters , dungies , branzino, mussels , clams , three variety of oyster , 80 prawns , some octos. Two fillets of sockeye gravlax , two lions cold smoked albacore , few pounds of hand peeled side stripes . Getting everything prepped now , all the according sauces and dips , garnishes .
Big pot of beef and pork shoulder goulash on egg noodle to round out the second course !

Yeah I know. Here I thought the spread we got going for Monday was somthing I'll still post pics but damn. Seriously had to breakout the lobsters! No fair. Game over.
