Last nights sockeye appetizer. And todays brisket. My brother brought a big brisket up so I’m doing the charcoal bbq and he’s doing the propane bbq. Never cooked a brisket before so we shall see how it goes
If you ever have had canned salmon from the store, then you try your own, and it will be 10 times better. Also cans will help you gain space in the freezer. That's what I've been doing lately. Next up is 40 cans of Albacore. Will post when completed.I'm looking to rent a caner in the Cowichan area.
