Seasport skipper 19 podding project

Notice that the channels and hatch area are a different colour. It’s called guide coat and helps show the high and low spots so they can be sanded out.

Yeah, I believe they are going to something that makes it non skid. If I don’t like it I might consider some that fancy aftermarket stick on decking like shiphappens was selling a little while back.
They do a great non skid paint that's super durable. Can't remember what they called it. Lasted me over 10 years so far
 
Fiberglass shop work is almost done. Here are some pics of the final coat which is a non skid coating. After it dries then hardware will go on. Should be all finished by early next week.

Boat is ready for pickup at fiberglass shop. Going to go and pickup tomorrow around lunchtime and take it straight to the Whiskey Creek Marine for the pod mfg.
