They really do nice work, really good progress and I like the new approach to hatches. You will be glad to have spent a few extra bucks later down the road washing down the deck after fishing.

I think there should be a "launching party" when you get her done, so we can see how it all came together. Slap a new 300 on her to transition to a true rocket ship, a 225 just won't give er full justice.

That would be good but I think id need to have a secret pre launch to make sure there’d be no bad surprises lol.

Got to remember this is a 19 Ft. boat,his new 225 should qualify it as a rocket ship.My 200 Suzuki that doesn't compare to his Merc.is plenty fast enough,I've seen them with 150 HP.

If I went with the Merc Seapro 225 that would be a torque monster. It’s the V8 and the same power head as the Seapro 250 and 300.

how are you going to run the fuel lines/electrical from the tank/center hold up behind the transom? I had a center box added to mine with a front removable face plate which hides the hoses and cabling going up into the space between the transom and that area behind your transom hatches.

Yours looks very good. I have a similar box opening which will remain. The fuel lines etc will run up the middle of the transom through a square opening.

Yes, if you mean the ones up close to the cabin. One each side. They’re helpful for my wife and me for that matter.

Starting to gel coat and fair the deck. Added the short drain channels from the side hatches. Back end getting smoothed out.

Was just at the fiberglass shop and they figured it would be done towards the end of next week. We will see.
