A lot. It’s better not to ask. Shop rate of $140/hour and lots of hours adds up. Transom was wet and stringers had dry rot so all needed to be gutted and redone. Then I wanted it to be pristine and custom hatches etc. Costs are close to what some of the used older boats would be on here.

That does make me feel better, thank you. I hear what you’re saying about new boats. If you want a new Seasport 24 they are $250k plus. Not sure what a 22’ would be but likely not much different and they are hard to get. Anyways, I’ll be able to call mine a 22’ soon enough

I see you installed it off the back instead of the side. It looks like it works nice. I’ve always been thinking they go out the side but that looks like a good way to go.
Yes, fits under the grid, pulls out and hinges down similar to Maxpi’s only mounted to come out the starboard side, I’ll have a look for a brand name
I installed the same one on my pod, but to the side. I had to make some modifcations with wood under there to make it match the holes in the pod. I'd recommend to side mount it, as I use it to get on and off the boat when launching at the ramp.
