Cuts of meat on sale

Butcher was tying up a crown roast of pork when I made him cut me four bones.
Being a business owner has very few perks these days, using some points for a prime rib just made my day.

Prime rib with excellent horseradish is one of my guilty pleasures.
I am salivating just typing this.

Ok all you prime rib guys: I’m a rookie- how early before Christmas Eve should I buy and keep refrigerated for ?
You can wet age or dry age in your fridge. Just don't leave meat in the saran wrapped Styrofoam trays for longer than a few days.

I see thrifty's has oysters on sale this week, yet I also see this article and news clip.......whats your thoughts, just cook em good, or leave them for now?

Depends on how much weight you want to lose?
It is much more effective than the grapefruit cleanse.

Just a heads up, Save on foods will price match superstore @ 10.88 lb.
Get outta here. Which store had full cuts and a real butcher? You can't trust what anyone says these days, but the "butcher" at Main Street said they weren't getting any larger pieces in at all.

Save on park and Telford will cut you any size, just picked up a 3 bone and it looks 10x better than the vacuum sealed ones. 14.99 a lb.

Dude did say it needs to be cooked up within 4 days...hmm
