They also have all of these bone in rib steaks on for $36.35 per kg which seems very cheap for a non-sale. For whatever reason, most of them have huge rib caps and very little bone. I bought four packs.

$4/lb sounds like a good deal for AAA brisket unless….

Probably cut from the lip where the top two muscles connect to the eye but I might be wrong.

Safeway on Commercial and Broadway has AA rib steaks for 11.99lb that look even better than the Sterling Silver AAA ones at 17.99

Guys, where's the beef?! Costco is $48.99/kg for prime rib and it certainly is not AAA as they claim it is. I need to find a good one for Christmas eve. When do they normally go on sale again?

I looked back at posts for the past three years and it looks like next weekend is when the party begins.

I will also need a Prime Rib for Christmas.
I was talking to a friend at Thrifty Foods and he said they will be having the same Prime Rib sale (25% +10%) they had two weeks ago and it will be just before Christmas. I sure hope he wasn't pulling my leg. Have to wait and see next weeks flyer.
I hope they still have this weeks sale of oysters for $1 next week too
