I took a hard look at that guy after we bumped the budget, but we had to stop somewhere. This one is slightly smaller but more of a fishing setup. I'm not sure what the fees tack on but it's a crazy deal I think.Along the lines of Raincities new ride. Started at $275k now $198k and dropping.
