Boats on Used Victoria and Other Areas

In washington state you can buy a TOP, temp operating license /permit for about $25 US to operate any vehicle in the state for x hours. I don't remember the limits but its at least 24 hours and the time starts ticking when you manually write the date on the window sticker. At least that's the way it was about 8 years back when I brought across an suv. I bought mine in Bellingham at a grocery store. Think it was Tops on the East side of Bellingham, I got a rider as well from my broker here in BC. With those two things you're home free as far as operating the vehicle on the road across the border.

Yeah, looks like he towed it with a Tundra! Seems a little over their towing capacity. Love the head down below and the dutch door, nice to have the option to keep the bottom door closed so my 2 year old stays inside for a few minutes.
