We were out on Friday and nothing! Nothing showing up on the fish finder...no other boats out either. Still too early. We went all the way to Sprout Narrows.

They are pretty steadily going through the Sproat River cameras now. At least one every few minutes, with a seemingly high quantity of jacks.

They should be! We caught all the way to.July 22nd last year.

Out Saturday and marked a ton but no bites. Might give morning bite a shot tomorrow.

Left fishermans around 5 today. Trolled for a few hours but nothing happened. 5 or 6 other boats out trolling near china creek. Hope something can happen with the hot weather this weekend!

Saw someone netting what appeared to be a sockeye just past Nahmint when I was heading out on friday morning.
Lots of nice springs out Barclay Sound!!!
27.5 lb caught this past weekend. We limited out with mid teens.

We picked up a couple last weekend. It's not hot fishing, but nice to have a fresh one on the BarBQ

I heard a rumour that you can no longer launch at china creek unless you are camping there. Any truth to that?
