
Oh man looks delicious! My kids love this stuff on everything. I like it with rice bowls or hand rolls with canned salmon. Give it a shot if you haven't already.Coho cubes glazed with Korean-style spicy BBQ sauce, based on a recipe from @Rain City. Served as a rice bowl, topped with toasted sesame seeds, green onions and crispy shallots. Sides included miso-glazed carrots and steamed broccoli with goma-ae (sesame paste) dressing.

Who is this guy!? I read this twice, salivating!Seafood chowder with all West coast Vancouver Island seafood... Chinook salmon, Ling Cod, Rock Fish, Spot Prawns, sweet corn, red and green peppers, carrots, celery, potatoes, seafood broth, clam broth, fresh herbs (fresh dill!!), and spices, my bees honey, heavy cream, onions etc
With steamed freshly harvested Kyoquet Butter Clams with white wine, butter, olive oil, minced red and green pepper, minced onion, minced garlic and fresh lemon, herbs and spices, and my homemade paprika.
And fresh baked sourdough bread to dip in the chowder and clam sauce.
