Never seen gravy rice but I'm all for it!Whitetail Ribs.
5.5 hours in the slow cooker on low.
Then a fast sear with BarBee sauce.
Served up with Basmati rice topped with gravy made from the juices in the slow cooker and Brussels.
And of course, a fine Merlot!
