Made a Thai coconut curry with pink salmon and I threw in a frozen lobster I found on sale. Turned out awesome.

Spruce Grouse (brined for an hour coarse salt and brown sugar) sautéed in butter garlic n onions, deglazed mushroom sauce, fresh picked runner beans, boiled yellow potato's. mmmmm didn't last long enough for pictures!

I cant believe anything can taste so good
Made my own beef stock and used fifty fifty vegetable and beet stock for liquids with splash of water
Definitely worth the effort
Now to find sourdough bread for tomorrow’s feast
