Smoked winter spring, capers, cream cheese bagel. Kids sleeping in the back seat after playing hard camping and my oldest puking during the night. Momma stayed home so turned sweet and made me lunch, maybe repowering isn’t making her as boat mad as I thought it was yesterday?

I did not get great pictures but annual deep fried turkey on the beach with pot luck fixings. So good. 18lb bird in 40 min. Cut the wings off and add for last 15 min only or they will be crispy. Took a couple years to figure out the tricks.

Spring is really the only time you get asparagus. And rain city is kinda right, you’re not supposed to harvest until the 3rd year, and it just gets better year after year

Six years and going here. Both types, the Green & the Purple.
Did not harvest until the 4th year.
Now it goes along very well.

And the TASTE is unlike anything you can buy! So much BETTER!
