What's for dinner tonight ?

Seafood tacos and salad with our garden greens. Tacos: base layer of crab dip, then guacamole then some cabbage for crunch then spot prawns and some home made salsa from last year’s garden tomatoes Along with a nice Pinot Gris to go along with it.IMG_2332.jpeg
 
Met up with some old friends @ the Living Forest in Nanaimo, put on a bit of a spread + people contributed, Scallops n Bacon,3 types of deep fried wings, charcutier, fruit, pickle plate, caeser salad ~ smoked pork belly lardon, greek salad .......mmmmm.
