Boat looks killer!Haven’t updated in awhile… but things are moving along.
Just finished up painting- 4 coats alexseal. Can’t say enough good things about this product. Amazing results with a roller…and an inexperienced dumbass applying.
Nice seeing it go back together. Cheers

Straight forward prep.... prime then sand to 400. Amazing product. What'd the prep work look like for that Alexseal?
I assume there must have been some sanding of the gelcoat prior to the primer going down too? Curious what made you go this route over restoring the gelcoat. I agree the results seem to speak for themselves.Straight forward prep.... prime then sand to 400. Amazing product.
Very sharp.Wrapped up front deck non-skid using Alexseal with soft-sand… turned out great. Little closer every day
Will get a wire wheel/ scotch brite polish … and a sharkhide coat to finishVery sharp.
Do you have plans for the bow rail?
That is the one problem with making the rest look soo purty.
yes…. Miles of sanding, filling, faring, priming, painting. Easy process… just time consuming. Gelcoat was pretty beat up and required much repair - was an easy decision to paint after researching options. Wanted to update the original blue….
