Interesting there was a landslide on the Chilcotin back in 1964.

Not the 1st time and won't be the last,

A good fb page to check out is by the T’silquotin National Government. They have regular updates and apparently are working on mitigation plans.

what did the local 1st nations do way back in past when these events occurred

Recent footage suggests there isn't a very serious obstacle to fish passage...

Thanks for sharing the video. Yes, definitely looks like salmon could pass that area no problem. Must be pretty silty for them to swim through though. Amazing what they can do!
