Curious what makes this model a unicorn?

Slightly deeper v, but still the efficiency of a c-dory cruiser. Low hours and a lot of the expensive options. Venture 26 come up a little more often but 23 are rare. Kind of a cross between a seasport 22 and 24 but lighter
