I'm not sure if you're being facetious or not. 40k for a repower with a 25 year old hull. I thought this was likely to fetch 20 grand.
Edit: I love hourston's but the only person who likes that valuation is a guy who's about to post his 18.2 for sale.

New Zealand and Australians as well. I’ve driven from vancouver island to Oregon to not buy a boat a surveyor missed damage on only to pass and head back to WA a few months later for mine and VI to Idaho for a camper but it was when I was young and had more time. I love the quarter berth but one would better off finding a deal on a new ranger tug or cutwater and spending a few more $. Mostly sharing for the trophy owner on here who dreams of podding
