I think that's being kind on the motors.
Agree with the rest. The cowlings are peeling as usual with the old yams. Tough to spend 15k plus Instal costs on mid sections that look like that. There's also the expense of removing the old power and associated stuff. Add 1000-1500 to the shop...
Looks like a decent buy based on a repower of 75-80k and there's always a couple other things to do. $170k budget with new power and couple minor items?

I like this 23’ model, a charter guy at Granville Island has one, however there is an aluminum plate across the transom. Owner says it needs work.
