Light loaded will cruise around 20-22 mph.
Top speed 35ish mph.
and if talking fishing we tried everything. Haha

Well, fishing has been great to say the least.
We lost 8 fish well over 5lbs over the weekend. Even had one snap my 12lb fluro and run away with a lucky plug. Everything has been up top on various plugs and bucktails. Flying black ants were out in full force on Sunday which usually means good fishing. We’ve landed 25-30 fish over the last 3 days of fishing. Here are a few that I actually got pics of.

I wish all boats had something they could use for one. Seeing fish flip flopping around on the floor or wrapped in a towel makes my eye twitch. I’ve had guys tell me I’m not allowed to use a live well on my boat in fresh water. And I say, I know. It’s not a live well, it’s a revive well! I release 95% of all the fish I catch in freshwater so keeping them in the best shape I can is important

Hey guys, new to the thread and just got myself an 18’ Hewes and live minutes from the Carr’s Landing boat launch. I plan to fish Okanagan Lake lots. Had a pretty good day Saturday with 6 to bloat including a massive pikeminnow, on a Bucktail of all things. Sunday was a slow day, but not crazy given the weather systems moving through. Any updates from anyone else as of recent?

That was a tough day of fishing! Threw everything at them all day and only managed 4 to boat… three different species including a 6 pound pikeminnow!

That was the slowest day on the lake I’ve had all year. I fished wed-thur-Friday with varying results. Caught a 24” fish on Thursday and didn’t even take a pic of it cause I didn’t think anything of it. For a fish smaller than that to win kinda sucks.
