hope to fish all day Saturday.

should I go tribune, Flora, Norris or around and up to Kitty Coleman Hump?

I just read this question. If you are still in the area, the outside of Flora Islet has been good. Fish with the current in 225' of water with riggers at 200'-220'. White and army truck hootchies have been good for us, behind flashers that have a small amount of glow. There are some nice slot size chinook. Tight lines.

Thanks for the reply, the southeast yesterday changed up our plans so no fishing. Will probably be back that way soon and will try Flora if I do.

Highly recommended---- Island Pursuit Charters or Cliffs Chinook Charters in Comox.

Lots of bait and lots of arches about 250 to 300’ of water south of Tribune Bay.
got a nice 75cm marble with lots of smaller ones released. About 160 to 180 on the downriggers with green AP spoons.

i agree. i like to go home with fish! when your arm starts melting off you just need a guy to hit the gas. it’s even worse with plugs trying to keep lines tight !

We started off Sunday morning fishing in front of the Point Holmes boat launch, we were the only boat, very few fish sounding, we pulled our gear and went up to the Kitty Coleman hump for 3 hours, no fish and saw a couple caught out of 9 boats. Pulled up and went to the north of Hornby, 20 or so boats, lots of fish but very deep as mentioned by Trophy21, we released 2 over 80cm, lost a few and kept 1 about 16 lbs.

Picked up a nice one just under 80cm this evening at Kitty, 200ft just north of the hump. Perfect weather out there....
