Are those the Hawaiian rolls again?We had something to celebrate at home so I wanted to treat my daughters to a Lobster feast. We love Lobster and haven't had it for a few years. Wife doesn't eat much seafood so I'll make her a make up dinner of smoked baby back ribs on Sunday lol. I found some commercial Lobster fishermen in Nova Scotia that sell their catch directly to retail customers and fly it overnight delivery. They are family owned business and fishermen. Believe it or not it's cheaper even with the shipping to buy it from them than it is to buy it here in Vancouver from the guys that fly it in. Trying to support other fishermen and other fellow Canadian's from buying from these guys.
I made 3 different Lobster meals; steamed with two flavors of clarified butter, Lobster poor boy rolls, and cream cheese Lobster dip. All of them turned out amazing and my daughters enjoyed it as much as I did.
I also made a couple chocolate blueberry zucchini loafs for desert. Made with ingredients from my garden and with honey from a no spray organic farm close to where I live.

No I tried to find them but they didn't have them. The rolls are a butter roll. The other ones are brioche hot dog buns and are very good for the poor boy rolls but they like to kind of deflate if left too long. They were baked this morning. Got them at Cobb's. For the rolls I cut a skim of bread off each side and toast them on each side in some butter in a pan before making the rolls. Keeps the outside crispy and the inside still soft and warm.Are those the Hawaiian rolls again?
