Mexican Veggie breakfast burrito. Scrambled eggs, sauteed onion, red pepper, mushrooms, cumin spiced black beans, sweet paprika, salt & pepper, sharp cheddar cheese, then grilled and served with home made pico de gallo, home made guacamole, Chipotle creme and Valentino sauces.

Cabernet wine marinated, braised short ribs, pulled then broiled with roasted green peppers, caramelized sweet onion balsamic reduction jam, and Havarti cheese on Portuguese buns. Served with beef dipping sauce, creamy horseradish and an ice cold Blue Moon wheat beer.
