Yeah, when they have the big lobster claws and you have one or two dungees they go in the pot! I had also packed my license but didn’t keep it in the right spot in my dive bag so I figured it wasn’t worth chancing it. yes I roasted them in the oven first then slow simmer.... then add a little chicken bouillon to it... so good the left over broth I made up a prawn noodles for lunchforgot to I also added just a little yellow curry to the prawn noodlesDid you make a stock from the shells?
