I agree, and I'm also a huge fan of european weiners.............. sauted onions, mustard, pickled peppers, sour kraut and melted cheese.Chilli dogs. Can’t beat ‘em.
Oh yeah, sauerkraut dogs my other favourite hot dog.I agree, and I'm also a huge fan of european weiners.............. sauted onions, mustard, pickled peppers, sour kraut and melted cheese
This is a good one. Only thing I recommend is to use as strong as flavoured beer as you can find.Looks great. How did you like that recipe?
Thanks. No, don't ask. I've fished four days in five months. I could (and normally do) easily fish twice a week during this time. I've spent a small fortune in the past couple months and am constantly regretting my decision to push the budget and buy this boat.Nice looking meal Rain!
Do I dare ask about That Boat now?!
I've been in your shoes about being depressed about my boat. It sucks.
Awesome looking meal bro but you made a cardinal sin. You took that awesome looking ribber and cut er open to bleed out on the plate almost have to cry when I see that lol.Depressed about the boat so we decided to drop the kid off at grandma's and have a nice meal. Bone in ribeye on the charcoal. Bbq oysters. Truffle pasta and something green. A 2018 Sequoia Grove Napa Cab Sauv to wash it down. All I need now are some @IronNoggin doilies.

Killer deal I got the thriftys deal and got 4 steaks for over 50My buddy got a deal on some ribeye roasts through a wholesaler
5.3kg for $100.
Cut 13 steaks at about 1-1/4" from this slab.
Perfect temp on the lamb. I'm not a fan of super rare lamb. And a nice looking consistency on the risotto. I like my risotto on the runny side. Like risotto should beAnd last night a buddy gave me a rack of lamb so marinated it with rosemary and mint and garlic for the day the pan seared in the cast iron then into oven till 130 F risotto, and braised kale for sides
