No not since covid started and I got lazy. Still do it for family here and there. I'll get back into someday.

I have two different sized outdoor fryers with baskets plus a 24" wok on a big burner. At home I just use regular pot for up to 30-40 pieces. With the full setup going I've done over 500 pieces myself in a few hours. thechickenguyvancity on Instagram

Well, it was worth a shot. I guess I will just have to spend a couple of months getting fat doing trial and error. Hopefully my heart holds up.

Couple nice pieces of aged Alberta Prime. Dry rubbed this morning, then while on the grill basted with a fresh Garlic, Rosemary and butter sauce. Served with oil and garlic herb pasta and a wedge salad with homemade garlic Italian dressing.
