Violations and boat seizure

Does anyone know what happened to the boat or owner that was seized last September. The case was suppose to be heard the end of January but I haven’t heard of the outcome.

I think assets seized from a situation like that take quite a while for them to hit the market through a civil forfeiture sale. There's likely appeal periods and all kinds of bureaucracy associated with any such sale. I would expect when it goes up for sale, you will find it on the Canadian Government auction site.
