So whats next a 1 boat show and only 1 retailer show ?????? A BOAT SHOW is to SHOW all another competitors and different companies that's why it is there..... go to any outdoor show and they all have the same stuff selling the same things sorry but that's not the story i was told or heard form others!!!!!

All I'm saying is that they stepped up and became a major sponsor and obviously asked for something in return. Being business savvy doesn't make you wrong, it makes you a good business person. The bottom line is the show promoter could have said no to what ever deal they struck.

This how is not the only fishing/boating show in Victoria. Laryy Stehanick also sponsors an Outdoor Adventure show later this month. Trotac, Capital Iron and others have the opportunity to be there, without competition from Island Outfitters.

The same thing happens in Edmonton, they have an open show, then 2 weeks later "The Fishin Hole" puts on another one that is just them.
