Not to much action on the north side of the harour. Went from the cap to atkinson had 3 shakers on. As usual the wind blew up and it only got worse. Brisco- you need to answer your radio

Sorry Flytyer, I had a newbie on board so my hands were full. We had two good fish on but lost them. We also hooked a few shakers. All are action was near Point Atkinson. I saw one green boat pull in something small and kept it. I figure it must have been a coho.

Anyone out today. I noticed there haven't been any updates on the charter sites etc. Where the heck are we fishing next? I think I'll be sick this Friday and some salt air will be good for me. Winds should be o.k.

Hello,
Would anyone like to take me Salmon fishing tomorrow or the next day? I am an easygoing 27 year old guy with lots of experience around the water. I have 2 of my own mooching rods and reels, net and tackle. I do have my own boat but I don't have a kicker and downriggers yet. (It goes 4 knots at Dead Slow ahead, too fast). I have a licence with a tag too. I can wake up super early if required and will bring lunch and drinks and pay for 1/2 of the gas as well. I am off to work overseas on the 23rd for 7-8 weeks and I really wanted to hook a nice Spring or Coho before I go. I am good company and don't mind rough weather etc. If you have extra room, please take me along. I have a car so I can meet at a boat launch wherever.
Cheers,
Matt

Hello,
In response to my last ad, I forgot to mention that I can Bring a 17'' Magma Marine BBQ that will mount to a 7/8'' to 1.5'' rail if you wanted a BBQ while fishing.

FisherMatt, tomorrow i'm heading out with my pops and brother. But i will definally keep you in mind the next time i head out.

Has anyone fish in or around Steveston?
I was there today and almost snagged a couple on a buzzbomb.

Is it time to hit the Cap for some big springers? [8D]

Remember, it's called "fishing," not "catching."

Looking for advice for where the best chances would be to hook into some salmon. I am taking my brother-in-law out from New Zealand , and he has not salmon fished in some time. I know there are some local pros out there that may share some info. Thanks for your help..

I think the whites have moved through. Guys seem to be catching whites in the river system.

Looks like someone is in denial. We may need a clinic to send hardcore guys for withdrawl. [:0] I am gonna be out there this week-end if the weather lets me.

Ah hell ya, I have a new shifter---- fish fear me now
If it swims( and is legal size) it will be dinner. Crabs--- you can run---- but i can pull the crab traps faster hahahaha-- life is good again.

:D:D:D

Looks like Sunday is the better day. Winds are light and the sun might come out. I checked the test net reports and its a chum fest and only a couple of springs. The Cap fish have probobly gone up river with the past rain.
