Twin 98 merc salt water edition

set of twins 200hp both motors are in limp mode. Standard rotation motor was run low on oil. Counter rotation has 1 sloppy cylinder. Have both harnesses and oil tanks no controls. Trim and all electrical good both motors do run. Both legs are good as well. Comes with factory repair book. Need gone located in Langley. Offers offers trades trades ??
