Meticulously maintained plug and play repower with twin 2005 Yamaha F150’s, 3000 hours. These motors have served me perfectly over the years, but I’m repowering with 200 hp twins to get a little more power. They are available with all controls, gauges, rigging, fuel lines, hydraulic steering lines. These four strokes have a lot of years of great service left in them. I’m a little bit sad to have to part with them, we’ve been through a lot together on the water, and they’ve never let me down.
Historically, besides the routine oil, gear lube, filters, spark plugs, anodes, water pump changes:
2014 I bought the boat used, from fresh water moorage, motors ran perfectly at 400 hrs each.
2014 Harmonic balancers changed on both
2017 Stb oil pump and lower crankshaft seal replaced
2017 Changed timing belts and belt tensioners on both (at 1000 hrs)
2017 Replaced lower unit port motor (at around 1300 hrs)
2019 Port oil pump and lower crankshaft seal replaced
2021 Changed timing belts and belt tensioners on both (at 2000 hrs)
2021 Changed stb drive shaft and oil pump
2022 New fuel pumps on both motors
2022 Changed fuel injectors on both motors
2023 Still run beautifully, wide open throttle at 5900 rpm’s each motor.
